The 45 degrees centigrade is the temperature of the soil but not the temperature of the surrounding.

Potatoes farm needs enough water but during the rain season there is not any need of irrigation. If irrigation is used in tomatoes farming must be carried very carefully in order to prevent destruction of the potato plants.
